Information Services Department Introduces the Customer Satisfaction Survey

To the members of the Downstate community:

Technicians from Information Services (IS) assist Downstate staff with computer-related problems. To better serve our users, we will email a short “Customer Satisfaction Survey” to you following completion of your IS work request. This will be in effect starting October 16, 2006.

Please help us improve our customer service to you by completing and returning that brief survey once your service call is finished. Your feedback is a vital part of our operation.

We look forward to providing the Downstate community with the highest level of customer service now and in the future.
